Where in the world can I apply from?
Anywhere with a stable internet connection and the right English level. Most of our placements are in Latin America, the Philippines, South Africa, and Eastern Europe, but we're country-agnostic.
What kind of companies will I work for?
UK and US-based businesses, typically B2B SaaS, recruitment, professional services, and growth-stage tech. Every client is vetted before we put candidates in front of them.
Is this commission-only?
No. Every role we place is a full salaried contract paid monthly in USD or GBP. Commissions and bonuses are paid on top, never instead of base pay.
Do I need previous SDR experience?
Most of our roles need at least 1 year of SDR, BDR, telesales, or comparable customer-facing experience. If you're brand new to sales, your application will be deprioritised.
